ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Lead business development for the ALB Concierge Services territory • Identify and prospect property owners with high rental potential • Present the ALB offering and secure property management agreements • Onboard properties: conduct audits, provide interior decoration advice, and create listings across multiple platforms • Manage relationships with property owners • Continuously optimize property performance • Handle reporting and grow the business with complete autonomy • Recruit City Managers under your sponsorship, if desired, and earn commissions on their activity

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation for business development • Interest in the autonomy of self-employment with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a recurring income stream over the long term • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Self-employed status • Comprehensive training provided • Start at your own pace • No investment required
