📋 Description
• You will lead the commercial development of your ALB Concierge territory, with the objective of building a portfolio of properties that generate recurring revenue. • Identify and prospect property owners with high rental potential • Present the ALB offering and close management mandates • Set up properties: audit, decoration advice, creation of multi-platform listings • Maintain owner-client relationships and continuously optimize performance • Reporting and develop your activity with full autonomy

• You know how to persuade and build trust with property owners • You come from real estate, sales, or any other field (hairdressing, management, hospitality/restaurants...): your motivation is what counts • You want the autonomy of an independent professional with the support of a structured network • You want to build long-term recurring income, not a capped salary
