ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• You will drive the commercial development of your ALB Conciergerie territory • Identify and prospect owners of properties with high rental potential • Present ALB's offering and close property management mandates • Set up properties: audits, decoration advice, and creation of multi-platform listings • Manage owner relationships and continuously optimize performance • Reporting and development of your activity with full autonomy

• You can persuade and build trust with property owners • You may come from real estate, sales, or any other sector (hairdressing, management, hospitality…), what matters is your motivation • You want the autonomy of an independent professional with the support of a structured network • You want to build long-term recurring income, not a capped salary
