ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Lead business development for the ALB Concierge Services territory • Build a portfolio of properties generating recurring revenue • Identify and prospect property owners with high rental potential • Present the ALB offering and secure property management agreements • Set up properties: audits, interior design advice, and creation of listings across multiple platforms • Manage relationships with property owners • Continuously optimize property performance • Report on and develop the business independently • Potentially recruit your own City Managers under your sponsorship

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Motivation and independence suited to self-employment • Desire to build a long-term recurring income • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
