📋 Description

• Lead business development for the ALB Conciergerie territory • Identify and prospect property owners with high rental potential • Present ALB’s offering and secure property management mandates • Set up properties: conduct audits, provide interior design advice, and create listings across multiple platforms • Manage relationships with property owners and continuously optimize performance • Prepare reports and develop the business independently • Build a portfolio of properties generating recurring revenue • Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Entrepreneurial motivation and independence • Desire to build recurring income over the long term • Independent contractor status • No investment required
