ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Lead business development for the ALB Conciergerie sector • Build a portfolio of properties generating recurring revenue • Identify and prospect property owners with high rental potential • Present the ALB offering and secure property management mandates • Set up properties: conduct audits, provide interior design advice, and create listings across multiple platforms • Manage relationships with property-owner clients • Continuously optimize performance • Prepare reports and develop the business with complete autonomy • Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity
