They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Lead business development for the ALB Concierge Services territory • Identify and prospect property owners with strong rental potential • Present the ALB offering and secure property management mandates • Onboard properties: conduct audits, provide interior décor advice, and create listings across multiple platforms • Manage owner relationships and continuously optimize performance • Prepare reports and grow the business with complete autonomy

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Entrepreneurial motivation and independence • Desire to build a long-term recurring income • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
