ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• You will become ALB's point of contact in your area. • Identify and onboard new properties for management (Apartments, Houses, Villas, Chalets, atypical or unusual accommodations). • Manage your portfolio as if it were your own business (coordinating cleaning, maintenance, owner and guest relations). • Organize your time and work from wherever you choose (partial remote work / field-based).

• Persuasive: You know how to convince owners to entrust you with the management of their property. • Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, sales, hairdressing, or any other field, your willingness to learn and do quality work matters. • Autonomous: You want freedom over your schedule while being supported by a solid structure with proven processes.
