ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Serve as the local network representative in the city and surrounding areas • Drive business development in the area by acquiring new properties for management • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property portfolio • Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, check-ins/check-outs, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management • Manage listings across Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Develop and manage the local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity
