ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Drive business development in the area by onboarding new properties under management • Manage a local portfolio of real estate properties • Oversee cleaning, maintenance, check-ins/check-outs, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management • Ensure multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Coordinate a local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management through the ALB Vacation System during periods of absence • Recruit City Managers under your sponsorship, where applicable, and earn commissions on their activity

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Motivation and autonomy • Desire to build a recurring long-term income • No initial investment required
