They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Serve as the local network representative in your city and surrounding areas • Manage your territory as your own business • Acquire new properties for management • Oversee cleaning, maintenance, check-ins/check-outs, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and distribution across Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Build and manage a local network of service providers • Delegate management of your portfolio during absences through the ALB Vacation System • Receive property-owner inquiries in your territory and manage operations through the ALB platform • Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity
