ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Serve as the local network representative in the city and surrounding areas • Grow the business in the area by onboarding new properties for management • Manage the property portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Build and manage a local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System • Track property-owner requests and manage operations through the ALB platform • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trusted relationships • Experience in real estate, sales, or another industry accepted • Motivation • Independence of a self-employed professional, backed by the support of a structured network • Desire to build a recurring income stream over the long term • Self-employed status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
