ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Serve as the local network representative in your city and surrounding areas • Develop the local business by onboarding new properties for management • Oversee the property portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Coordinate a local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System • Build a portfolio of managed properties • Optionally recruit City Managers through sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity

• Independent contractor / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Motivation and ability to develop an independent business • Interest or experience in real estate, sales, or another sector • Desire to build a long-term recurring income • Comprehensive training provided • Start at your own pace • No investment required
