ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Serve as the local network representative in the city and surrounding areas • Develop the local business and bring new properties under management • Oversee the property portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-channel listing on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Coordinate the local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management to the ALB network during absences through the Vacation System • Optionally build a team of sponsored City Managers and earn commissions on their activity

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Highly motivated • Enjoy the autonomy of an independent professional with the support of a structured network • Willingness to build a long-term recurring income • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
