📋 Description
• Commercially develop the territory by onboarding new properties for management • Manage the property portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-listing distribution on Airbnb, Booking and Abritel • Coordinate and animate the local network of service providers • Delegate property management to the ALB network during absences via the 'Système Vacances' • Represent the ALB network as the local point of contact in Saint-Omer and surrounding areas • Run the territory like your own business • Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship

• Ability to persuade and build trust with property owners • Experience in real estate, sales, or other sectors is acceptable • Motivated and able to develop an autonomous business • Seeking the independence of a self-employed role with the support of a structured network • Want to build a long-term recurring income • Self-employed status • Full training provided • Start at your own pace • No investment required
