📋 Description

• Grow the local business by onboarding new properties under management • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property portfolio • Manage cleaning, maintenance, check-ins/check-outs, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management • Ensure multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Coordinate the local service provider network • Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System • Potentially build a team of City Managers through sponsorship
