📋 Description
• Onboard new properties into management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical properties) • Operationally manage the property portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-listing on Airbnb/Booking/Abritel • Manage and coordinate a local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management to the ALB network during absences using the Système Vacances • Build and manage a portfolio of properties as an independent business • Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity

• Ability to persuade and build trust with property owners • Motivation and ability to develop an autonomous business • Background in real estate, sales/commerce, or another sector • Desire for the independence of a self-employed professional with the support of a structured network • Wish to build long-term recurring income • Self-employed status • Flexible start — begin at your own pace
