📋 Description
• You will become ALB's designated contact for your area. • Identify and onboard new properties into management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical or unique accommodations...). • Manage your portfolio as if it were your own business (coordinate cleaning, maintenance, relations with owners and guests). • Organize your time and work from wherever you want (partial remote work / field work).

• Persuasive: You can convince owners to entrust you with the management of their property. • Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, retail, hairdressing, or any other field — your willingness to learn and to do the job well is what matters. • Autonomous: You want freedom over your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
