ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new properties for management • Build a portfolio of properties, including apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and unique or unconventional accommodations • Manage the property portfolio as your own business • Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Serve as the ALB point of contact for your area • Organize your schedule independently and work partly remotely and in the field

• Status: Independent contractor • Persuasive communication: ability to convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their properties • Open to candidates from all professional backgrounds, with a willingness to learn and deliver high-quality work • Self-motivated, with the ability to organize your schedule independently • Comprehensive in-house training provided
