ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new properties for management, including apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and unique or unconventional accommodations. • Manage your portfolio as if it were your own business. • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance services. • Manage relationships with property owners and guests. • Serve as ALB’s local point of contact in your area. • Organize your schedule freely and work both in the field and remotely.

🎯 Requirements

• Persuasive communication skills: You can convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their properties. • Open to all backgrounds: Experience in real estate, sales, hairdressing, or any other field is welcome. • Eager to learn and committed to doing quality work. • Self-motivated and independent. • Independent contractor status. • No specific degree or prior experience explicitly required.
