📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Create and grow the property concierge business in your local area • Prospect for property owners and secure management agreements • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally develop a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Receive property-owner inquiries in your area and manage operations in real time through the ALB platform
