They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand • Establish and grow your concierge services business in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Receive 75% to 85% of the concierge services commissions generated by your business • Manage your business through the ALB platform and receive property-owner leads in your area

• You know how to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is welcome • The motivation and independence of a self-employed entrepreneur • A desire to build a long-term recurring income • Self-employed status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
