ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties on Airbnb, Booking and Abritel • List and optimize property ads (photos, descriptions, SEO) • Implement yield management and dynamic pricing • Handle bookings and guest relations (messages, check-in, dispute resolution) • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect new property owners who want to delegate the management of their properties • Manage activity through the ALB platform and receive owner inquiries in your area • Build a portfolio of managed properties and potentially develop a team of City Managers

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade and build trust with property owners • Background in real estate, sales or another sector • Motivation and autonomy of an independent contractor • Desire to build long-term recurring income • Independent contractor status • No investment required to get started
