ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create, list, and optimize property listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue • Manage bookings and guest relations • Handle messages, check-ins, and disputes • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners • Build a portfolio of managed properties • Potentially recruit City Managers through the referral program and earn commissions on their business activity

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships • Motivation and drive • Ability to work independently as a self-employed professional • Interest in building a long-term recurring income stream • Experience in real estate, sales, or other sectors is a plus, but no specific experience is required • Self-employed status • Comprehensive training provided • Start at your own pace • No investment required
