ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties on Airbnb, Booking.com and Abritel • List and optimize property listings, including photos, descriptions and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing to maximize each property's revenue • Manage bookings and guest relations, including messages, check-ins and dispute resolution • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties • Oversee operations using the ALB platform and handle owner inquiries in your area • Build and potentially expand a team of sponsored City Managers

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade and build trust with property owners • Motivation valued more than prior industry experience • Background in real estate, sales/commerce or any other sector • Desire the autonomy of being independent while having the support of a structured network • Want to build long-term recurring income • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive training provided • Flexible start at your own pace • No upfront investment required
