ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties on Airbnb, Booking and Abritel • Create and optimize listings with photos, descriptions and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue • Manage reservations and guest relations, including messaging, check-ins and dispute resolution • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect new property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Monitor and run operations in real time via the ALB platform • Potentially build a team of City Managers under sponsorship

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade and build trust with property owners • Motivation and ability to grow an independent business • Background in real estate, sales/commerce or other sectors accepted • Desire to build long-term recurring income • Self-employed / independent contractor status required • Comprehensive training provided • Start at your own pace • No initial investment required
