📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • List and optimize property listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement yield management with dynamic pricing • Manage reservations and guest relations, including messaging, check-in, and dispute resolution • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners seeking to outsource the management of their properties • Manage operations through the ALB platform

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Motivation and drive • Independence of a self-employed professional, with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a recurring, long-term income • Self-employed status • No investment required
