📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create, list, and optimize property listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement yield management and dynamic pricing strategies • Manage bookings and guest relations • Handle messages, check-ins, and disputes • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners who wish to outsource the operation of their properties • Build and develop a portfolio of managed properties • Potentially recruit City Managers through the referral program and earn commissions on their activity

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Entrepreneurial motivation and independence • Desire to build a recurring long-term income • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive training provided • No investment required
