ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties on Airbnb, Booking.com and Abritel • Create and optimize listings (photos, descriptions, SEO) • Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue • Manage reservations and guest relations, including messaging, check‑in and dispute handling • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners wishing to outsource the management of their homes • Lead and drive activity within the ALB Conciergerie network

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade and build trust with property owners • Background in real estate, sales or any other sector • Motivation is the key selection criterion • Seeking the autonomy of an independent contractor with the support of a structured network • Want to build recurring, long‑term income • Independent contractor status • Start at your own pace • No investment required
