They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • List and optimize property listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue • Manage bookings and guest relations • Handle messages, check-ins, and disputes • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners who want to outsource the operation of their property • Manage the business through the ALB platform • Opportunity to recruit and mentor City Managers

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Motivation to grow the business • Desire for autonomy with the support of a structured network • Willingness to build a recurring, long-term income • No specific degree, certification, or number of years of experience required
