They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new properties for management • Plan operations and manage service providers • Oversee maintenance and quality standards • Optimize occupancy rates and pricing • Manage the guest experience from start to finish • Gradually expand the portfolio of managed properties • Manage the business through the ALB platform • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity

• Independent contractor / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation and autonomy • Willingness to build a long-term recurring income • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is welcome • No investment required • Comprehensive training included
