ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new properties for management • Plan operations and manage service providers • Oversee maintenance and quality standards • Optimize occupancy rates and pricing • Manage the end-to-end guest experience • Gradually grow the portfolio of managed properties • Potentially recruit City Managers through sponsorship and earn commission on their activity
