• As an independent Property Manager within the ALB network, you will manage a portfolio of short-term rental properties with a professional, structured approach. • Property sourcing: identifying and onboarding new properties into management • Full operational management: scheduling, vendors/service providers, maintenance, quality standards • Revenue management: optimizing occupancy rates and pricing • Guest experience: end-to-end management of the traveler/guest experience • Portfolio growth: gradually expanding your portfolio of managed properties
• Ability to persuade and build trust with property owners • Backgrounds accepted from real estate, sales/retail, or any other sector (hairdressing, management, hospitality, etc.) — motivation matters most • Desire for the autonomy of an independent contractor combined with the support of a structured network • Aim to build long-term recurring income rather than a capped salary
