ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Identifying and onboarding new properties for management • Operational planning, managing service providers, maintenance, and ensuring quality standards • Optimizing occupancy rates and pricing • Managing the end-to-end guest experience • Gradual expansion of the managed property portfolio • Managing a portfolio of short-term rental properties within the ALB network • Operating via the ALB platform and handling property owners' requests in the area

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade and build trust with property owners • Background in real estate, sales, or another sector • Self-motivated • Seeking the autonomy of an independent contractor with the support of a structured network • Desire to build recurring long-term income • Independent contractor status • Start at your own pace • No upfront investment required
