They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Become ALB's local point of contact in your area. • Identify and onboard new properties for management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical or unique accommodations...). • Manage your portfolio like your own business (coordination of cleaning, maintenance, owner and guest relations). • Organize your time and work from where you want (partial remote work / field work).
