ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand, operating as a true independent entrepreneur. • Establish and expand your concierge company within your local area. • Securing mandates: prospecting and signing property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties. • Build and manage your local team (cleaning and maintenance staff). • Independently manage your portfolio of properties using ALB's digital tools. • Potential progression: create your own network of City Managers under your sponsorship.

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade and build trust with property owners. • Background in real estate, sales, or any other sector (hairdressing, management, hospitality, etc.): motivation is what matters. • You want the autonomy of an independent with the support of a structured network. • You want to build long-term recurring income, not a capped salary.
