• Create and grow your own concierge services business in your area • Prospect for property owners and secure management agreements • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally develop a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Build a business generating recurring revenue through short-term rental management
