ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Create and develop your concierge business in your area under the ALB brand • Prospect for and secure management agreements with property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage your property portfolio using ALB’s digital tools • Potentially build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Develop a business generating recurring monthly fees from stay operations

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships • Experience in real estate, sales, or another industry is welcome • Motivation and drive • The autonomy of an independent business owner, backed by a structured network • Desire to build long-term recurring income • Self-employed status • No investment required
