📋 Description

• Create and develop your property concierge business in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties • Build and manage your local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage your portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • If desired, build your own network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Develop a short-term rental management business under the ALB brand

• Independent / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Motivation and an entrepreneurial mindset • Ability to work independently with the support of a structured network • No specific professional background required: real estate, retail, or another field • No investment required • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace
