ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and develop the concierge business in your local area • Prospect for property owners and secure management agreements • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor / self-employed entrepreneur status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships • Motivation is essential; experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is welcome • Desire to work independently while benefiting from the support of a structured network • Ambition to build a long-term recurring income • No initial investment required
