ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own real estate concierge service business under the ALB brand • Establish and grow the concierge service business in your area • Prospect for and sign management agreements with property owners • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their business activity

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Motivation to develop an independent business • Desire for autonomy with the support of a structured network • Willingness to build a recurring long-term income • Self-employed status • No investment required • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace
