📋 Description

• Create and grow your short-term rental management business in your area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties • Build and manage your local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage your portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build your own network of City Managers under your sponsorship

• Self-employed status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation to develop an entrepreneurial business • Desire for autonomy with the support of a structured network • Interest in building a recurring long-term income • Real estate or sales experience not required • No investment required • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace
