They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Create and develop a property concierge business under the ALB brand • Prospect and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • If desired, build a network of City Managers through sponsorship • Monitor property-owner requests in your area and manage operations in real time via the ALB platform

• Self-employed status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation and ability to develop an entrepreneurial business • Interest in the autonomy of self-employment with the support of a structured network • No specific professional background required: real estate, retail, or other sectors accepted • No investment required • Full training provided
