ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• You will become ALB's commercial agent in your area, responsible for developing a portfolio of short‑term rental properties. • Active prospecting: identify property owners (apartments, houses, villas, and unique or atypical accommodations) and convince them to entrust you with management. • Negotiate and sign management agreements with property owners. • Operational management: coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers, and manage relationships with owners and guests. • Grow your client portfolio with the goal of generating recurring monthly revenue. • Flexible organization of your schedule (partial remote work / field work).

🎯 Requirements

• You can persuade and build trust with property owners. • Background in real estate, sales, or any other sector (hairdressing, management, hospitality, etc.) — motivation is what matters. • You want the autonomy of an independent contractor with the support of a structured network. • You want to build long‑term recurring income rather than a capped salary.
