ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Become an ALB sales agent in your local area • Identify and prospect property owners • Persuade owners to entrust ALB with the management of their properties • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Build a portfolio of short-term rental management properties • Organize your schedule independently between remote work and field activities • Optionally recruit City Managers through the referral program and build a team

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation to develop a sales business • Interest in the autonomy of self-employment with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a recurring income stream over the long term • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector, or equivalent motivation • No initial investment required
