ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Develop a portfolio of short-term rental properties under management in your area • Identify property owners and persuade them to entrust you with the management of their properties • Negotiate and sign property management agreements with owners • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Grow the client portfolio to generate recurring monthly income • Organize your schedule independently, combining partial remote work with field activities • Use the ALB platform to track requests and manage operations in real time • Delegate management of your property portfolio to the ALB network during absences • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity
