ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Build a portfolio of properties for short-term rental management in your area • Identify and prospect owners of apartments, houses, villas, and unique accommodations • Persuade property owners to entrust you with the management of their properties • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Grow the client portfolio to generate recurring monthly income • Organize your schedule independently between remote work and field activities • Optionally recruit City Managers through the referral program and earn commission on their activity

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Motivation and independence typical of a self-employed professional • Desire to build a long-term recurring income stream • Independent contractor status • No specific experience or degree required
