ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Build a portfolio of properties for short-term rental management in your area • Identify and prospect owners of apartments, houses, villas, and unique accommodations • Persuade property owners to entrust the management of their properties to the company • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Build a client portfolio generating recurring monthly income • Organize your schedule freely, combining remote work and fieldwork • Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commission on their activity
