📋 Description

• Become an ALB sales agent in your area • Identify and prospect property owners • Persuade owners to entrust ALB with the management of their properties • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Build a portfolio of properties under short-term rental management • Organize your schedule freely between remote work and field activities

🎯 Requirements

• Independent / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation and ability to develop an independent business • Interest in or experience with real estate, sales, or any other sector • Desire to build a recurring long-term income stream • No investment required • Comprehensive training included
