ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new properties for management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, unique and unusual accommodations) • Serve as the ALB point of contact in your area • Manage your portfolio as if it were your own business • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Organize your schedule freely and work from the location of your choice, combining partial remote work with on-site activities

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor status • Strong persuasive skills to convince owners to entrust you with the management of their property • Open to candidates from all backgrounds, with a willingness to learn and deliver high-quality work • Ability to organize your time independently • Comprehensive in-house training provided (Legal, Technical, Sales, and Management)
