They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Build a portfolio of properties for short-term rental management in your area • Identify property owners and persuade them to entrust you with their property management • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Grow your client portfolio with a focus on building recurring monthly income • Organize your schedule freely between partial remote work and on-site activities • Receive inquiries from property owners in your area and manage your business through the ALB platform
