📋 Description

• Identify and actively prospect property owners • Convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their properties • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Build a client portfolio generating recurring monthly income • Set your own schedule between remote work and on-site activities

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade and build trust with property owners • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Motivation • The autonomy of an independent professional, with the support of a structured network • Independent contractor status • No investment required • Full training provided
