📋 Description

• Develop a portfolio of short-term rental properties under management in your area • Identify and prospect property owners • Persuade owners to entrust you with the management of their properties • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Build a client portfolio generating recurring monthly income • Organize your schedule freely between remote work and field activities • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity
