📋 Description

• Develop a portfolio of properties for short-term rental management in your area • Identify and actively prospect property owners • Persuade owners to entrust you with the management of their properties • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Grow the client portfolio to generate recurring monthly income • Organize your schedule freely between partial remote work and fieldwork

• Independent contractor / freelance status • Ability to persuade and build trusting relationships with property owners • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Motivation and autonomy • Desire to build a long-term recurring income • No investment required • Comprehensive training provided
