📋 Description

• Lead statutory financial statement audits under the German Commercial Code (HGB) and other applicable statutory regulations • Manage the audit team and provide support on complex technical issues • Act as the primary contact for accounting-related questions and carry out special audits • Monitor, review and document audit findings and results • Maintain close coordination with the responsible auditors

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Law, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field • Several years of professional experience in external audit and solid knowledge of national accounting standards (HGB) • Initial exposure to international standards (e.g., IFRS) is an advantage • Experience with data analysis and IT-supported audit procedures • Proficient in MS Office and common ERP systems • Excellent German language skills, written and spoken • Structured, solution-oriented working style, commitment, initiative and openness to innovative approaches
