📋 Description

• Perform intake assessments • Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children • Create individualized treatment plans for each client • Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan • Perform regular wellness checks • Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field • Current and unrestricted LPC, LMFT or LCSW license in Texas • Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Able to work independently
