đź“‹ Description

• As the Manager Application Services, you will lead all aspects of application services to clients. • You will also define the development approach, confirm deliverables are on target (time and cost), and that the efforts will result in a quality product for the client. • This role ensures strategic planning activities result in business priorities and requirements that are well understood by translating those requirements into sound designs results in an application that is maintainable and usable. • You will also provide leadership and direction to a blended team of technical professional staff, contractors, and external service providers.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in a relevant discipline such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, Arts, or a closely related field. • At least four (4) years of experience in digital solution development and delivery. • In-depth expertise in Systems Development methodologies to support the efficient and effective delivery of services. • Strong understanding of the specific business domain, paired with a broad awareness of departmental operations, enabling the design of technical solutions that align with client needs and minimize business impact. • Solid organizational awareness, recognizing the interconnected nature of applications and their multiple system interfaces. • A related two-year diploma in related discipline from a recognized post-secondary institution and six (6) years related experience; or • A related one-year certificate from a recognized post-secondary institution and seven (7) years related experience.
