• Seeking a dynamic leader to drive privacy practices and ensure compliance with privacy legislation. • Play a crucial role in shaping privacy practices. • Lead a team in delivering privacy services to GoA departments, agencies, boards, and commissions. • Oversee privacy compliance, risk management, and breach response. • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop proactive privacy solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• A related university degree (e.g., Public Administration, Political Science, Law, Arts), supplemented by at least four (4) years of related experience. • Knowledge of the FOIP Act/Regulation, publication and guidelines and experience interpreting legislation. • Extensive experience in privacy management, compliance, and risk assessment. • Proven experience leading a team and managing staff.
